We can repair and calibrate any of our instruments, as well as most of those sold over the past 40 years by Heraeus Electro-Nite—because we built them. After you complete an RMA, a member of our customer support team will determine whether your instrument can be serviced by our shop and advise you on return instructions. All repaired and recalibrated* instruments will be returned to you with an updated calibration certificate based on our NIST certified reference equipment and standards.
*Industry standard practices require updated certification on an annual basis.
Our initial inspection and basic repair / calibration fee is $150 per instrument. If we find that your instrument needs major repairs, we’ll provide you a quote for any additional costs before proceeding. Typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks.
Need a backup while yours is being repaired or calibrated? For an additional $150 we can provide a loaner instrument. We'll ship the loaner and you can return your instrument in the same box. Return the loaner when your repaired instrument is received.
All instrument repairs include calibration at no additional charge, and return shipping is also included. We look forward to servicing your equipment!
