After you complete an RMA, a member of our customer support team will determine whether your instrument can be serviced by our shop and advise you on return instructions. All repaired and recalibrated* instruments will be returned to you with an updated calibration certificate based on our NIST certified reference equipment and standards.
*Industry standard practices require updated certification on an annual basis.
Our initial inspection and basic repair / calibration fee is $150 per instrument. If we find that your instrument needs major repairs, we’ll provide you a quote for any additional costs before proceeding. Typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks.
Don't want to wait? For $300 we can provide a like-new factory refurbished instrument* with a fresh calibration and 12 month warranty. We'll ship the replacement and you can return your instrument in the same box. If your instrument is not returned or needs additional repairs beyond basic refurbishment, you will be billed for additional charges.
All instrument repairs include calibration at no additional charge, and return shipping is included. We look forward to servicing your equipment!
